Armenian Camp is creating lasting impact for the community on the shores of Lake Sevan. It offers activities fully adapted to welcome people with disabilities. They also work with local communities, teaching children to swim and involving them in eco-activities.

Ewa Konczal | Project Lead

Ewa is EVPA’s Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Manager and manages the first Polish Venture Philanthropy Fund Valores. Ewa has over 15 years of experience in social entrepreneurship as representative of Ashoka in Poland and as Ashoka Director for Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to Ashoka, Ewa worked in India with Global March Against Child Labor, and in Egypt with AIESEC and Egyptian-Polish Businessman Association. She has set up the Magic Mountain Foundation, using mountain sports and natural horsemanship as tools for change for people with disadvantages. She has a Master in Marketing and Management.

Sara Seganti portrait

Sara is EVPA's Training Manager. She joined EVPA in 2017 to structure and to further develop the Training Academy activities, after more than ten years working as a project and impact manager, and as a trainer in the social impact field.

Before, Sara provided secretariat support to the Italian Advisory Board to the Social Impact Investment Taskforce established under the UK's Presidency of the G8. She is today the Secretary General of Social Impact Agenda per l'Italia, the Italian network for impact investing. She is a graduate in political philosophy and holds a master's degree in management of social enterprises from Bocconi Business School.

Sona Dilanyan

Sona studied Middle East Studies, Political Science and Cultural Studies at universities in Armenia, US, Israel and Turkey and is currently an MBA candidate at the IUBH University of Applied Sciences. She previously worked as a project manager and researcher for international non-profits focusing on peacebuilding and intercommunal dialogue in the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe.

Ewa Pintera

Ewa has 8 years of project management experience (including financial management and project evaluation) in the non-profit sector. She worked mainly in humanitarian and development aid projects implemented by Polish organisations in EU Neighbourhood (Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia) as well as Middle East (Lebanon and Iraq). She holds a master degree in International Relations from the University of Łódź (Poland) and in Cooperation and Development from the University of Pavia (Italy).

Andreja Rosandic

Andreaj has more than 15 years’ experience in social finance and social enterprise in Europe, the Western Balkans and recently the Eastern Neighbourhood. She holds a Master of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Pedagogy. In addition, she has undergone various training programmes in Communication, Supervision, Psychotherapy, Project Cycle Management, and Quality Assurance. She is an experienced manager, lecturer, advisor and evaluator for social enterprises with excellent teamwork, communication and intercultural skills for quality consultancy to complex cooperation projects. She recently initiated and is now running an elective course on Social Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences University of Zagreb. Prior to that, she led her own social enterprise after years of experience implementing social enterprise and civil society strengthening projects in the Western Balkans. She was Sustainability Manager for Central Europe at NESsT for five years. and prior to that, was NESsT Croatia Country Director.

Nazareth Seferia

Nazareth has been working in sustainable business for more than ten years. He started working in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility in Armenia in 2008 and managed sustainability projects at Orange Armenia for four years before shifting to a career as an independent consultant in several countries. Since 2015, he has worked with more than fifty non-profit organisations seeking to transform into social enterprises, as well as the donor organisations that have supported the growing field of social entrepreneurship in Armenia and the region. He also teaches university-level courses and runs training sessions on a range of business topics. Nazareth holds an Executive MBA from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin and a post-graduate certificate in sustainable business from the University of Cambridge.

Martijn Blom

Martijn joined EVPA in 2020 as the Manager for Benelux and coordinator for the Impact Funds Initiative. In the past years he was active an impact investment practitioner at Hivos Impact Investments, where he was responsible for investor relations at the Hivos Food & Lifestyle Fund.

Martijn has been active as an entrepreneur since 2003 at JongeHonden and started investing in startups from 2007 onwards. He has a expertise in impact investment particularly. He is co-founder of Dutch business angel network De Investeerdersclub, a co-chair of EBAN Impact and member of the Investment Committee of the Brabant Startup Fund.
