Do we need legal frameworks to foster social entrepreneurship in the Eastern Partnership and Russia?

This session covered the current approaches to legislation or other regulation on social entrepreneurship in the Eastern Partnership countries and Russia. After a quick overview of the region, we took a closer look at two of the countries in the region to see what has worked well and what challenges lie ahead.
