Mobilising corporate resources to contribute to the development of social organisations and the business activities of companies
Employee engagement is a great concept to address the capacity building and gaps in the business development of social enterprises and social organisations. It also provides business value for the companies. The speakers of this session will share the framework for employee engagement activities, and examples from companies that have introduced different initiatives to mobilise their corporate resources for the development of social enterprises or NGOs.
